We are an apartment complex that is locally owned. We are not some remote corporate owner who’s interested only in maximum income at minimum expense. We have local on-site management and maintenance. When problems arise, they can be handled quickly, and you don’t wait days or weeks for needed repairs or help with unexpected situations.
The owner is willing to invest in nice things that make living at Locust Park more pleasant. Helpful “little things” like efficient snow removal from parking lots in the winter, and your own, private, locked mailbox with your own key issued to you by the Post Office. So, no need to be concerned about others having access to or snooping in your mail.

Our location is perfect for just about anything. Locust Park is adjacent to U.S Highway 34 with easy access to Loveland’s main traffic arteries. We are surrounded by convenient shopping, gas stations, restaurants, banks, and nearby auto-maintenance and repair facilities - all within handy walking distance.
We have a quiet side-street entrance. Children are not exposed to heavy highway traffic; and we are only 4 blocks from the nearest elementary school.
