Pet deposit: $200 (Refundable) To be discussed after vacating apartment

Pet Fee: $250 (Non-Refundable) For maintaining potty areas

Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per month

Weight limit 75 pounds.

Only one pet per apartment.

Must be spayed or neutered (must show proof).

Pet breeds that are not allowed: Rottweiler, Pitbull, Doberman, Shar-pei, Great Dane, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, American Bulldog, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, St. Bernard, Alaskan Malamute.

Must always be on a leash, other than when inside the potty area.

Only one dog in the potty area at a time, please be courteous to others.

Please pick up after your dog immediately. There are bags and a trash can on the corner of the potty area.

Please always have control of your pet. Do not let them near a person or another dog unless owner says it is okay to do so or play.

Proof of up-to-date vaccines, including rabies.

Proof of spayed or neutered paperwork.
